Marino Baldissera
Baldissera Marino was born in Italy February 4, 1969 in Pieve di Cadore (Belluno). He studied composition with Corrado Pasquotti, Elisabetta Brusa and Giuseppe Giuliano and graduated at the Conservatory "G. Verdi" of Milan with the highest marks. He improved with Bryan Ferneyhough (1992) and Franco Donatoni (1993), in particular by the latter he will be awarded the diploma of merit Chigiana Academy (Siena, 1993). He holds a postgraduate diploma in composition II leveland new technologies at the Conservatory "B. Marcello" in Venice under the guidance of Corrado Pasquotti and Alvise Vidolin, graduating with highest honors. In 2009 he participated in the 53 th International Festival of Contemporary Music at the Venice Biennale. Winner of international composition awards, he has worked with orchestras and chamber ensembles including: the San Remo Symphony Orchestra, the Orchestre des Jeunes de la Méditerranée, Orchestra Milano Classica, Octandre Ensemble, Ensemble Décadanse, E.co Ensemble, Fandango Guitar Quartet, Guitar Duo "J. S. Bach", L'Arsenale Ensemble.
Since February 2007 is the director of "Coro Cortina" from Cortina d'Ampezzo.
